As part of her work, Ann continues to partake in ongoing training, in particular in the interest of couple work. Ann uses an eclectic approach when working with couples. She draws on different models to find the best way of working with each couple. Ann believes it is essential to work with the difference between a couple and encourage them to find the best way forward that best suits the couple.
Counselling Experience and Areas of Interest
Throughout her work with clients, Ann has gained experience working with adolescents faced with issues of bullying, low self-esteem, anxiety, fear, trauma, parental separation and divorce. She is empathetic to the difficulties and struggles of parents seeking to keep the relationship with their adolescents healthy and open communication lines.
