Ann works with both individual clients and couples. Her core approach is in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, wherein the therapy is client-led, and the client is held in a safe therapeutic relationship. This facilitates the client to address issues arising in their lives.
As part of her work, Ann continues to partake in ongoing training, in particular in the interest of couple work. Ann uses an eclectic approach when working with couples. She draws on different models to find the best way of working with each couple. Ann believes it is essential to work with the difference between a couple and encourage them to find the best way forward that best suits the couple.
