Works With
I am a firm believer in equity, diversity and inclusion. I welcome clients from all walks of life. I have an understanding and an appreciation of neurodiversity and I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Creativity is a huge resource and a safe container in my life. I am a singer/songwriter. I have a lot of respect for the wisdom of the body and I am an avid mover. Mindfulness is a way of life for me.
I can offer you a space in which to make sense of where you find yourself and support you as you find your own way on your journey. I use a person centred approach in which I respect that you know the pace and direction that works best for you. I appreciate the Gestalt understanding of defensive mechanisms being creative adaptations. My approach is trauma informed and mindful of keeping within your window of tolerance. I am very interested in parts work and believe that we are all complex and multiple beings. I have an understanding of safety and the wisdom of the body as defined by polyvagal theory.
